- Add CleanupRequestedAt field to runner model
- Add RunnerRequestCleanup handler to set cleanup timestamp
- Add force-cleanup route for POST requests
- Add orange Force Cleanup button next to Check Bandwidth
- Runner will check this timestamp and perform cleanup when set
