Go's semantic import versioning requires v2+ modules to include the
major version in the module path. This enables using proper version
tags (v3.x.x) instead of pseudo-versions.
Updated module path: code.gitcaddy.com/server/v3
Remove unmaintainable sanitizer rules. No need to add special "class"
regexp rules anymore, use RenderInternal.SafeAttr instead, more details
(and examples) are in the tests
- Inline math blocks couldn't be preceeded or succeeded by
alphanumerical characters due to changes introduced in PR #21171.
Removed the condition that caused this (precedingCharacter condition)
and added a new exit condition of the for-loop that checks if a specific
'$' was escaped using '\' so that the math expression can be rendered as
intended.
- Additionally this PR fixes another bug where math blocks of the type
'$xyz$abc$' where the dollar sign was not escaped by the user, generated
an error (shown in the screenshots below)
- Altered the tests to accomodate for the changes

There is a small bug in #20571 whereby `$a a$b b$` will not be correctly
detected as a math inline block of `a a$b b`. This PR fixes this.
Also reenable test cases as per #21340

This PR adds mathematical rendering with KaTeX.
The first step is to add a Goldmark extension that detects the latex
(and tex) mathematics delimiters.
The second step to make this extension only run if math support is
enabled.
The second step is to then add KaTeX CSS and JS to the head which will
load after the dom is rendered.
