The test was using rand.Shuffle and asserting the result was different
from the original order. This is inherently flaky as there's a small
chance the shuffle produces the same order.
Changed to use a deterministic reversed order instead.

Fix#35852, the root problem is that the "name" field is heavily abused

Symlinks are followed when you click on a link next to an entry, either
until a file has been found or until we know that the link is dead.
When the link cannot be accessed, we fall back to the current behavior
of showing the document containing the target.

In investigating #7947 it has become clear that the storage component of go-git repositories needs closing.
This PR adds this Close function and adds the Close functions as necessary.
In TransferOwnership the ctx.Repo.GitRepo is closed if it is open to help prevent the risk of multiple open files.
