Go's semantic import versioning requires v2+ modules to include the
major version in the module path. This enables using proper version
tags (v3.x.x) instead of pseudo-versions.

This PR removes (almost) all path tricks, and introduces "renderhelper"
package.
Now we can clearly see the rendering behaviors for comment/file/wiki,
more details are in "renderhelper" tests.
Fix#31411 , fix#18592, fix#25632 and maybe more problems. (ps: fix
#32608 by the way)
This PR do some performance optimzations.
- [x] Add `index` for the column `comment_id` of `Attachment` table to
accelerate query from the database.
- [x] Remove unnecessary database queries when viewing issues. Before
some conditions which id = 0 will be sent to the database
- [x] Remove duplicated load posters
- [x] Batch loading attachements, isread of comments on viewing issue

This PR refactors the rendering of markup links. The old code uses
`strings.Replace` to change some urls while the new code uses more
context to decide which link should be generated.
The added tests should ensure the same output for the old and new
behaviour (besides the bug).
We may need to refactor the rendering a bit more to make it clear how
the different helper methods render the input string. There are lots of
options (resolve links / images / mentions / git hashes / emojis / ...)
but you don't really know what helper uses which options. For example,
we currently support images in the user description which should not be
allowed I think:

This PR touches functions used in templates. As templates are not static
typed, errors are harder to find, but I hope I catch it all. I think
some tests from other persons do not hurt.
